What's New
In the fall of 2011 we joined Dr. Brian Gillespie and Dr. Rashmi Nigam at the Sharper Image eye centre, a multi-million dollar eye clinic offering the most state of the art technology.
More spacious, accessible, and up to date with on site laser, visual field testing, ultrasound, Optomap, optical coherence tomography (OCT), Fundus AutoFluorescence and more, the new office allows us to keep up with advancements in medicine and technology that simply wasn't possible in the old location.
We're easy to find. Details here...

Satellite Location
For your convenience we now offer a satellite location for our patients in the northwest corner of the city who require just a refraction (glasses test). This is a small office and is NOT staffed or equipped to handle eye problems, eye health problems, diabetes, medical problems, medications or conditions requiring monitoring, etc.
To maintain the very high standard of care that we have a reputation for the above can only be seen at the main Pembina Highway location.
Diabetes Eye Clinic
Dr. Sewell has a particular interest in diabetic eye disease. Diabetic eye clinics run three days a week at the main Pembina Highway location. In order to provide the best quality of care referral by your family doctor is required please.

We continue to be open during the COVID-19 pandemic. Blindness and other serious health issues don't stop because of the pandemic.
As of January 1, 2022 everyone 4 years and older entering the clinic MUST wear a SURGICAL or N95 mask. That mask must NOT include a valve.
